Samantha Stark-Johnson is a a mom of two beautiful little people, a wife, a Registered Nurse since 2012 and an RPN since 2010.  She is also a small legacy business owner in Simcoe County completing casting and jewellery projects for families. Sam also works as a volunteer with Bridget's Bunnies, a charity  supporting parents who are suffering a loss from miscarriage up to 12 months. 

 

Her career has always been aligned with both Long Term Care as well as palliative and end of life care. It is truly where her passion in nursing is. Samantha has come to us from a Director of Care position in Long Term Care and is proud to say that she worked hard to ensure everyone had the best care possible. Sam also headed the palliative care program creating meaningful changes in the community to ensure they were able to carry out residents wishes, especially end of life, which aligned perfectly with our mission.
