# 107 A Sunny Afternoon...

Gail has been housebound since Christmas, other than a couple of trips to the hospital by ambulance. Last year, she tragically and suddenly lost her adult daughter, and due to her complex health issues, Gail has not been able to visit her daughter’s grave.

Gail wanted to get out of the house on a sunny afternoon, and she had two important stops in mind.

Stop One: To visit her daughter’s grave and lay some daisies. Daisies were the flowers Gail carried at her own wedding, and her daughter Pamela carried the very same variety on her wedding day.

Stop Two: Wasaga Beach. Gail wants to spend some time with her son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters with her toes in the sand.

Our loved ones make life meaningful. With a little help from The Living Wish Foundation, Gail had a day that provided her with peace and joy with her loved ones. This is what our work is all about.
