A Bay Haven Care Community resident wished to be transported back to her homeland, by way of an east coast party with bagpipes and all! Her wish became a reality when her family, The Living Wish Foundation, and Bay Haven Care Community collaborated to make it happen safely.
Surrounded by pictures of the east coast lovingly made by a local primary school, Mary, her daughter, and all of the residents and staff were able to listen to Scott (our amazing volunteer bagpiper) play classical songs from outside.
Once again, the sound of music brings joy to a community.
